Bratsiuk produced his vintage in 1990 and has quickly established
Clarendon Hills as one of Australia's finest producers.
All the vineyards are within six kilometers of the winery, about 40 kilometers south of Adelaide. All grapes are hand pruned and hand picked. The juice is fermented using indigenous yeasts. All the wines are matured in Burgundian barriques for 18 months, then bottled without fining or filtration.
