Saint André comprises 30 hectares of indigenous varietals (Vermentino, Roussanne, Vermentino, Viognier, Chardonnay, Cinsault & Carignan) along with Merlot & Cabernet Franc. Close to the town of Sète, the vineyards benefit from the maritime influence of the Étang de Thau. Yields are kept low through green harvesting to increase the quality and concentration of the grapes.
