Wine Merchant Magazine, Tried and Tested, August 2026: "Fifteen per cent alcohol reds? In this heat? Admittedly we didn’t check the label before cracking this open on a sweaty evening in July. But no matter: there’s no burn, just plush, spicy, leathery fruit that, even at room temperature, has a soothing, cooling affect. Presumably similar to a dive into the Orbieu River in Corbières, 35 metres below the pebbly vineyard."
